1. Damaged or Defective Items
We offer the option for exchanges and returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Since all our products are meticulously handcrafted, minor variations in
shades or artwork may naturally occur.
To ensure the integrity of your order, we kindly request our customers to follow these steps:
• Record an uncut and unedited opening video of the parcel, following the instructions provided by our shipping partners. This will help us determine if any damage occurred during transit.
2. Assessment and Resolution
After receiving your package opening video, our dedicated quality control team will promptly assess the situation. They will make a decision regarding refunds or
exchanges based on their evaluation
3. Return Process
Once a decision has been reached, we will initiate the return process for the parcel. After we receive the returned product, we will either send a replacement item or issue a refund, as per your preference. Our aim is to process all returns within 7-10 Working days from the date we receive the returned package.
Important Reminders:
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
• Requests for exchanges or refunds must be made within 2 days of receiving
the delivery.
• An uncut, unedited package opening video is required to facilitate the
exchange or return process
